I loved the PAD version, but I would make his hand whole. The long hair, Mustache and Goatee would work for me. Keep him in Orange and Green too. They've tried to move past that, doesn't work. Love it or leave it, but it's iconic and instantly recognizable so they should accept it and, modernize it and move on.
