The visual should be a bulky Aquaman, bring out the King Arthur aspect and let him rule with 12 knights, a round table. Let him have the magic hand that become solid or shoot blasts, control water (even that in the air), and let him command the sea creatures, not just fish but those that fly and insects.
The King is dead, long live the King!
