Whatever they do, they have to commit wholeheartedly. None of the track record they had with Sword. Did AJ appear anywhere besides the wasted 5 of A Kind series? That convo with Martian Manhunter in JLA doesn't count because someone clearly didn't tell Meltzer the original Aquaman was dead(ish). There has to be An Event. Maybe not Countdown level or even Sinestro Corps even but a story arc soemwhere that demonstrates how powerful even the younger Aquaman could be. Little Aquaman has the incredible strength that even a baby born able to withstand and the ability to influence the behavior of sealife. Heck, what is so different about those brains and mamal brains? With Old Aquaman, throw in full blown control of sealife, decades of experience, and slight human telepathy as well. Either man should be a force to be reckoned with and I'd like to see that happen. My prefernce? Do the story like Zatanna's search for her dad and make it a multi-part arc that appears all over the place.
