That would be the Unofficial Aquaman Page. Check it out. There are older pages with Character index of locations, races, etc etc.
Also, Right now every issue is being read and a summary posted on the issue reviewed.
It's the best and only place to look for info on Aquaman, really.
You are correct in saying that PAD created the beard hook version of Aquaman. That was one of my favorite runs, personally.
