here is a brief run down

Poseidonis: Home of Aquaman

Shayeris: Home of the Idylists. Birthplace to Garth (Tempest)

Tritonis: Home of the Mer-People that you mentioned. They were founded by Shalako.

Hy-Brasil: manta-like people.

Thierna Na Oge: Home of the mystics led by Nuada Silverhand.
