I was under the impression that the Worlds team will be selected at the trial 11-12 August. I'm sure the Aust vs Japan results will influence Peggy but there will be a couple of days in training camp before she locks it all in. She will also select up to three non-travelling reserves. Olivia Vivian and Emma Dennis were not invited to Brisbane as they are on the Worlds squad and not the AIS/Olympic squad. Of course Olivia was subsequently called to Brisbane due to the injuries of others. BTW I've heard that Georgia is now recovering from the passing of her grand mother two weeks ago. They were close and Georgia watched her deteriorate as she was staying with the family for palliative care. The last three months have been very difficult (including a knee injury before Nationals) so I think we will see Georgia bounce back. Perhaps not enough in time for Stuttgart tho. Cheers
