Posted by DUH? on 3/7/2007, 11:35 pm, in reply to "Sorry, I think "Beyond a joke" was definitely a hypocrite" As an afterthought I have to agree I am over hearing all this myself and really don't want to hear Robins explanation or anyone elses response. Move on. Maybe Beyond a Joke did not care as opposed to did not like certainly not my argument and I am not interested in all the past goings on of people on this board I am more interested in gymnastics and even world peace.

Beyond a Joke has not mentioned any names but simply made a statement expressing their feelings and disappointment with other peoples behaviour which they are entitled to. There is no mentioning of anyone in particular.

: The post by "Beyond a joke" was very
: judgemental. It was in response to a
: question from "Huh" that
: "Beyond a joke" didn't like, and I
: don't know why. In my opinion, the question
: by "Huh" must have hit a nerve.
:
: "Beyond a joke" is extremely
: hypocritical. If s/he doesn't like this
: thread, why did s/he contribute to it? Why
: didn't s/he walk away like s/he has advised
: others to do? It makes no sense.
:
: I also must say that "So why did YOU
: post" has used perfectly good English
: and it definitely reads well to me and to
: others I have shown.
:
: I can't keep up any more. Instead of laying
: blame on the horrible person who started
: this, you and "Beyond a joke" are
: laying blame on people who are simply
: questioning judgemental posts or
: unsubstantiated claims.
:
: I too would very much like to know if robin
: has proof that somebody from here hacked
: into her computer. I only care about this
: because robin has raised the matter. After
: everything CJ has gone through, I think it
: was poor judgement of robin to make such a
: public claim without providing proof. If she
: doesn't have proof, she shouldn't have made
: such a claim.
:
: This is just horrible.

: Sorry you make no sense at all in your reply
: to Beyond a Joke!
:
: In what way was the above post judgemental,
: it was articulate and to the point without
: being rude. The language was certainly more
: mature than yours and at least had a point
: to make. Everyone is entitled to have their
: say not just those that want to have a go at
: people or snipe at others on the board.
:
: To be honest I don't think Beyond a Joke was
: contributing at all just voiced what most
: mature thinking people on the board are
: feeling. Have no idea how you could post
: such a defensive response unless it hit a
: nerve. Maybe you could write more than a
: couple of words and construct sentences to
: put across your view or is attack an easier
: defence?
:
: I agree with Beyond a Joke but unlike them I
: am not as articulate and should stop before
: I really tell you what I think of this
: behaviour and contribute to it as you so put
: it including yourself.

: Not setting your teenagers a very good
: example, are you?
:
: If you really believe what you just said,
: you wouldn't have posted at all.
:
: Hypocrit!

: Seriously this is the most ridiculous,
: childish, bull*#*#! Grow up everyone.
: Everytime this carry on starts I feel sorry
: for someone that it is obviously aimed at to
: begin with but a couple of days later I just
: wish that the handful of people involved
: could be left on a desert island to sort out
: and may the best person win! It is
: ridiculous why just go round in circles. I
: learnt as a young child to walk away from
: bullies or nasty and inappropriate behaviour
: with my head held high and continue on.
: Even as a five year old I don't remember
: resorting to the bickering that supposed
: adults display on this board.
:
: I understand trying to prove your innocence
: etc but really what does it matter it is a
: gymnastics board. Change your name again,
: move on whatever but as I said my sympathy
: disappears when everyone stoops to the same
: low level of behaviour and does no one any
: justice and now I don't care who is right
: who is wrong who did what I just want
: peace!!!!!
:
: If the problem won't go away then someone
: needs to be the adult and walk away sorry
: that is just a fact of life. There is
: generally a reason drama follows some and
: not others and it is not because they don't
: have things happen it is how they handle and
: respond to the events in their life and the
: maturity they live their life with that
: brings an end to drama without too much
: fallout. I am sorry but as a mother of
: teenagers I would be appalled if they
: behaved like several of the above posters
: and I would be embarassed in their problem
: solving abilities and lack of class.
:
: It is time to come up with a solution from
: one or both sides and to tackle it like
: adults. Maybe next time the thread is
: started it is left as a singular post with
: no response from anyone if you don't feed a
: troll they crawl up and die. Please don't
: lower your own standards by getting involved
: and show maturity by not feeling baited.

: That's a very big statement, Robin. What
: proof
: do you have that this happened? Please share
: with everyone, especially since you've just
: told the world that Jodie did this.
:
: You really need more than just speculation
: to make such a claim.
:
:
: personal details. She hacked into my
: computer once years ago and i'm not
: confident enough to allow personal contact
: again.
