: Hi there!
:
: I'm trying to help my friends at our uni gym
: club come up with routines for the level 4-6
: open (state stream) competition later in the
: year, but it's been ages since I've had
: anything to do with WAG.
:
: I was wondering if someone could give me
: examples of some 'easier' B skills on beam,
: specifically MOUNTS and JUMPS/LEAPS.
:
: Some of them can do things like straddle
: V-sit hold mount, and pike jump, but I'm not
: even sure if these are B skills anymore.
:
: Any help would be greatly appreciated!
: Thanks :o)
