In the Maui News today.Gov. Lingle wants to keep us out one hour before the ferry arrives and untill it leaves like another hour or so. And if you do surf or take out your small boat here is the possible penalty. Felony federal offence which could bring imprisonment for 10years and a fine of as much as $10,000. Also possible civil penalties of up to $32,500 per violation.
so if the contest is on and the ferry comes in they going shut us down? lol
