question about vektor fins

is it possible to get a custom Ballistic and have vektors installed by Ballistic? I went on the vektor website and if you add up the 2-4 weeks for the board, then 1-2 weeks for installation of fins, then 1-2 weeks for shipping, not to mention the price tag. I think mo betta I get one ballistic and maybe you guys can stick the buggaz in for me. How can I get more info? shoots. aloha
