To the small group of local guys, half my age, who showed Aloha to me after my injuries at Makapu`u beach. I'm just a haole tourist, who should have known better. I got pushed pretty hard to the sandy bottom and arrived to the beach with a bloody face. Even though my family was there to help too, they knew what had happen and extended their concern. Oahu can be proud, and I can only hope to be as caring as they were some day.
