I'll try to make it short. But I just ended a nearly 2-year relationship with my ex. He was the love of my life; I had plans of being with him forever. Unfortunately, things came between us that were out of our control and forced us to end our relationship. We're trying to be good friends, although it's hard. Especially right after a breakup. But I'm looking for songs that portray a "I still love you for what you did for me and I'll never forget you" type of message. Like I appreciate the time we shared and I would NEVER forget it. So far I have these songs (to give you an idea of what I may be looking for):
