Posted by Daniel Son on 13/3/2006, 1:53 pm I am an unsigned rising star with a deep, dark and different new album that's hit the Internet. The title of my album is "Cul De Sac". With your help and support it may hit your local record shops. Cul De Sac will be my debut studio album. I collaborated with a pop composer called Stefan Gray. Stefan composed the music as well as producing the album. Originally the album was titled "Demology". However after many discussions it was felt "Cul De Sac" was a more appropriate name", as the album wouldn't be sounding like a demo anymore. What makes the album stand out from others, is that not only it's one hundred percent original but no other album exists like it. Cul De Sac has influences of techno, electro, heavy metal, ballads and even traces of eastern music on it. The album has been around for sometime now but hasn't been released nor airplayed. Stefan had to recruit many singers for this project. Unfortunately many couldn't cut it, throwing a spanner in the works at the last minute! In desperation Stefan placed an advert in The Stage Newspaper appealing for a male vocalist. In Spring 2005 that's when I got in touch with Stefan. Recording began almost instantly and would take place at Gold Dust studios in Bromley, Kent. Satisfied with my audition, Stefan recruited me as his vocalist. The vocal sessions lasted two months. After that, it was up to Stefan to edit, mix and master the album. This operation went smoothly while also juggling a daytime job. There is a website launching the album. People who would like to purchase the album can do so through a secure paypal credit transaction. The cost is $12. There will be another site where people can sample the album at my yahoo group (Yahoo account required).
