Posted by Claret + Blue Hero From the commentary, it sounded like the turning point was Weller's injury - which although unfortunate, cos he was battling and seemed to have responded to having been given the role as captain, should not be the reason for our team to collapse. We saw it against Bradford, last week against Brighton and another debacle today against Grimsby - points needlessly thrown away which would have put us back on track in the league for a possible play-off push. Now we've got another match against grimsby to look forward to I think our players are much too complacent. Stan doesn't make any substitutions apart from when players are injured - so basically the starting 11 know they'll stay on. He doesn't use any of the young lads, apart from filling the spaces on the bench, he prefers to play his older pro's out of position than go with anything else. I know the money situation is out of his hands, but with very little likelyhood of new players coming in and more competition for places - how's he going to get this turned around? Is this just me being overly critical, or do we have a problem on our hands? ....atleast pne are showing us how it should be done....something to be thankful for

I doubt i'm the only one whose feeling sick and tired after watching us manage to throw away another 2 goal lead, in a match we're dominating and should be professional enough to see the job through.
and another chance to get more injuries and suspensions. Get it sorted Stan....
