I don't think we have a bad reputation particularly, and any team in the league has beefs about refs - I think the problem is the age-old one of very poor reffing standards, with that in my view stemming from the fact that most refs have never played the game beyond a local league level. That's why to me the best ref I saw in recent years was Steve Baines, who did play at pro-level and I think that was reflected in his decision making.
