hi cc, yes it's been quiet on here recently hasn't it?
if rumours are to be believed, we're going to need a host of new players next season.
as well as the ones released, there are rumours about glen not coming back, diallo going, along with taylor and possibly blake.
not sure about john hills myself, not as a full back anyway. every time he's played against glen, he's had a roasting.
i think you're right re. our front men, i just hope we can keep them.
minimum requirements (assuming we can keep current personnel) must be,
a left back,
one or maybe two central defenders,
two centre midfielders and one or two keepers.
i'm sure stan must have potential targets lined up anyway.
one thing that is slightly concerning, is that ideally it's better to bring in players in ones and twos, to integrate them into your squad. when you're looking to bring in say, six or so players, which we may well have to, then they may take time to 'bed in', meaning that results are not always forthcoming intially.
it's going to be an interesting summer.
