Stan seems to be unable to trains his sights steady. Mo Camara is reported as saying that Stan told him the play-offs were the minimum target for this season, while the LET has him saying that the aim for one more year is just to stay up, after which "we'll be fine." Somewhere in between like last time then? Hope the positive mood recently generated can spark up even higher with some more new names - Stewart, and The Beast would be good, - positive thinking can be a great thing on and off the field.
Speaking of The Beast, if he comes, what is the favorite nickname you can remember for a Claret? Despite the German origin, I always liked "Uwe" Peter Noble, and "Sir" Harry Thompson always entertained me along with his kneeling as if to receive a knighthood when it was chanted.
