If only we'd had a bit more cash there would have been some real bargains to be had.....shows the value of a good cup run like Sheffield's , picking up Armstrong from Oldham for 100k but if we can secure a few Manu starlets on long term loan who knows what they might want to do at the end of the season ...You know," once a claret always a claret" ( Diallo the exception to the rule.. but even he might rue the day he left us ,chickens coming home to roost!) CB&H is away in the Greek islands and desperate for Claret news so do you think we'll get Michael Stewart and will he be the missing link? Of the 4 or 5 to come what positions do we still need ... another midfield grafter who can score 10-12 goals? and joy of joys a winger ? shades of Taffy or Stevie Kindon ? a young Martin Dobson would do me fine ah lovely claret tinted spectacles! TFBTFC !
