Dave would never VT for Kix. He absolutely hated his time there. Any time he tried to be creative LB shot him down. If he did VT, KIX wouldn't be able to afford Elli-phant or Rob.
As for Kissin', Kraddick didn't start until this year so they had no impact on the book. I do believe it was a great move though, preventing Bicknell from getting them. They still have a long ways to go to fixing the station but they are headed in the right direction.
