A country station goes down. Do their format competitors go UP by the same amount? If so, you need to fix things. If not, it means that either a lot of country listeners died or moved, or maybe it's due to the placement of a diary or two. In other words, the station is probably not broken if the listeners didn't go to a competitor with a similar format.
