Very good post. I applaud you! One thing you should add is that there are people that have been in this business 20 years now that STILL ACT LIKE THE KIDS TODAY! They are worthless. The Prima Donna attitudes in this business have to stop if we are to survive. I work 16 hours a day at my group and there are people that make more and work 4. No talent rip and read hacks that couldn't cut it in a bigger market if they tried.
What's funny is this is ALL they know how to do. When radio falls to the wayside, they'll be jobless.
