You've hit the nail straight on the head. There is too much negativity both on this board and in Missouri radio. Too many jocks only care about themselves, their airshift, and the four hours they have to work.
I don't blame the economy for this but the cheap state of the industry. Why spend an extra minute helping a coworker with something when you are making so little? There are many people who would be happier hanging up the cans and finding another line of work. However, they all think they are God's gift to the radio capital and will never grow up.
