My point in the Moron tag was that if you want to keep listeners you have to run things right, if the automation system is off, freaking fix it. Not only did you piss off everyone who is listening to whatever program you're running. Your advertisers, who, if they are smart are listening, will be just as annoyed, miffed, upset, why? Because they know that when your automation system cuts off the talk show host mid-sentence, in this case Glenn Beck, to play the commercial block and then comes back into the program in the middle of the local commercial,they are going to pull their advertising. I'm just sayin... Adjust the closures, find out why your automation system is picking up the wrong tones and fix it
