Hope they're not wasting any money rebuilding the tower and putting their 5kw night signal back on the air so they can be just another 1 of 500 stations that pump Dave Ramsey, Bill Oreilly and George Norry into backwoods Minnesota, Iowa and Arkansas.
That pattern may have made sense back in 1937, when you couldn't put a 250watt night DA on the air, but not today. All you need today on 680 khz is 10 watts and an NDA, to cover the town or two towers to null out Cameron and Wathena.
Save your cash and lease off that front 1000 feet of real estate that borders on Highway 71 for some prime commercial property that can generate some real revenue.
Might save a few jobs by not spending the cash!!
