Zimmer Radio, Inc. seeks a highly motivated, performance focused sales manager for its winning cluster in Joplin, Missouri. The cluster features six exciting brands that consistently excel in the market’s ratings and includes a great team of both local and migrated employees that has helped build these stations. The stations are family owned and operated and the owner has long term plans for continued ownership.
The candidate must have sales management experience in building customer focused, high performance sales cultures that consistently deliver market/industry leading results in ratings, revenue and employee satisfaction. (3 to 5 years preferred)
Candidate will manage local, regional and national sales, hire/train/monitor performance of selling staff, set and achieve sales goals, execute promotional plans, manage inventory and pricing models and work with other local and corporate management team in developing short and long term strategic planning.
