Or rather: the book was going on during "our coverage of the disaster because we got fined by the FCC and want to get back into the FCC's good graces by showing how we care so much about our community (even though we really ignore most of our cities of license) and to pump our egos and get sympathy from anyone we can and to get free plane tickets to washington dc and talk to bureaucrats and officials who really honestly don't care" coverage. That's what I thought it was.
