Posted by Denise For me, it's more of a hassle taking 3 doses per day at the same time each day. I am about 120 pounds and was taking 3500mg per day a few years ago. Today I take 1500mg per day and am trying to work up to 2000mg only. (2 doses per day) My FEV1 has remained in the 90's and I will be 33 years old in August.

The first time I tried GSH - I used the protocol and saw my initial improvement from 85% FEV1 to 97% FEV1 in one year (I was 28 years old). This year I have started again but do not intend to do the protocol to a T unless I'm not seeing the same amazing results.
