Yes for dose amt but not for time frame, it is never taken the same time a day. We go off the first dose and then 3-4 hours off that. Our GSHer is going on 15 and trying to get her more independent, so there are times when it's a longer span past 4 hrs due to other "more important" things in the life a teen.
