I agree - if using "normal" inhalation saline (0.9%) the GSH inhalation is already going to be hyper tonic - I wouldn't start out mixing with 7%.
The risk with hypertonic is bronco-restriction.
If you don't want to prepare sterile water here is a source for 0.9% saline:
