Thanks Hope. Actually my husband spoke with Dr. Bishop yesterday and he told us a bunch of good info. We are excited to get started. We will probably start with boiled distilled water. How long should it be boiled? Can you boil it, then refrigerate it? Or should it be used immediately after it is cool? Thanks for the advice.
