Posted by Hope We have been doing one inhaled and 3-4 oral every day, and are really satisfied with the results. But every family needs to decide for themselves the exact mix of oral and inhaled that they want to use.

Oral is not mentioned because there have not been many trials of oral GSH. The ones I know of are in cancer patients.
