It sounds a little confusing with the saline. Right now we only use 1 capsule (200mg)with about 1 1/2ml of distilled water. We do want to go up in the amount. But with the dose we are on. What would make a hypertonic solution of the saline? If anyone can help spell this out to me I would be very thankful. Right now my mind is realing again trying to figure out what is best for our daughter and safest.
