How much GSH when sick??

First of all my son is NOT sick. I just read another post talking about doubling up on the GSH when sick. I was just wondering how do you do this if you already are giving it to your child every 3-4 hours? Do you just double on the amount given every 3-4 hours? How do you double on the inhaled? I just wanted to go ahead and find this out. Thanks
