We never did the nursery at church either. My son just started this year when he turned 3 going to his class at church. Like your church, that is the age when our children's church starts and they are no longer in the nursery. So far he has done great and so loves to be around the other kids. I think I will just see how this winter goes and then make the decision about school after that. The school that my children attend is a private christian school. I know that I wouldn't even consider sending him to k-4 if it were not for the fact that my sister is the teacher. She totally understands the situation and how careful we are about washing our hands and not being around others when they are sick. She loves him and I know would look out for his best interest but I know that some things cannot be helped! Thanks for your replies. It is amazing to hear that we all really do have so much in common. Noone can understand us like each other and I am so thankful for this website and for GSH! Thanks
