Look in the online catalog of Hammacher Schlemmer. We have the stand-up version in our living room, and I am thinking of getting the handheld one. The concept is that UVC light kills germs directly. Of course, people should not look at UVC light. So the principle is to create a way to use the light without fear of exposure to the eyes. Our living room unit pulls air into itself where the bulb zaps it. The handheld units have a shield to cover the part of the bulb that would face you as you use it.
