Hypertonic Saline for Nebulizing

Does any one buy hyper-tonic saline for nebulizing without a prescription? We have been receiving ours through the CF pharmacy in the past but have had difficulty obtaining it lately. I am wondering if their is an on-line site I can purchase it through.
