pseudamonus and Cf just started gsh am I doing the wright thing

just started 18 m old on gsh found out all about it then brought her to a holistic doctor to get it do you have any advice on it I am hoping I am doing the right thing her cystic fibrosis Dr told me DO NOT DO it she will get a lung infection if it is tainted or worse. she has pseudamonus now for 6 months and they have put her on tobi AND cipro to many times in my opinion with no signs of it going away. please tell me your experiences with this
