Hi Julie,
Sorry it took me so long to respond. I was on the recommended dose when i first starting taking it, but i am only taking 500 mg. once a day now because i was diagnosed with an aspergilloma (fungus ball). I have read about GSH and fungus, yeast etc. not mixing well so i figured it was best to dramatically cut down the dose. I have never tried to inhaled because of having cepacia. My Dr. said trying the oral GSH was fine but not to inhale it. Hope this helps, Diane
