Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has a routine/system to help deal with nasal congestion. Archie seems to be congested in this area, maybe a cold, maybe sinus infection? I want to avoid antibiotics if possible.... I have been spraying saline up nose twice a day and doing GSH neb x 1..... any other ideas that might help to clear it up?? Unfortunately, it is not a warm enough day for the beach here in Melb Australia but maybe will venture down anyway.
