You will want to use sterile water, boil for ten minutes, let cool, or purchase it through a pharmacy. They recommend 3-4 ml of water per capsule of GSH Plus. You can also use hypertonic saline. We opened up the GSH caps when my daughter was too young to swallow and put it on a spoon and added juice to it to make it a liquid. It tastes AWFUL so be sympathetic. We gave our daughter a red hot or a tic tac after each dose, bad for the teeth, but what is important is their health. Teeth come second. Good luck
