My daughter is 19 months old now, and we have been using oral and inhaled GSH since she was 5 months old. I found that she likes the GSH cur-cap mixed in baby pears rather than applesauce. She takes it very well in the pears. I usually "eyeball" a measurement of 1/2 a capsule. No, not exact, but close. We use sterile NSS for the inhaled, I buy the little ampules of it. Good luck!
