I give Katie a little higher dose of GSH than her weight really calls for b/c she seems to do better on that. We do 3 (200mg) inhaled GSH per day as our daily routine, then we also do the GSH curcaps. But, when she had her ear infection and cold, I did the GSH neb every 4 hours. I have also mixed the GSH in with the Albuterol without any problems. I also did more GSH nebs when she had Pseudomonas and we did clear it. (We also did the inhaled TOBI and Cipro) Good luck!
