No, they still have symptoms. Heat exhaustion; sometimes loose stools; smelly farts. We see some clubbing in our 12 year old, but it is also possible that is related to GSH use. And we always get paranoid when one develops a cough, but so far the coughs have eventually gone away. The Canadian protocol is simply the protocol for testing for diabetes in CF persons. After doing a bit of research, their testing protocol seems to be the best suited for catching diabetes in CF persons, so we're going with it.
