Yes we use a combination for liposomal GSH from GSHnow.com (Dr. Guilford) and GSH, GSH + from Theranaturals. I use both for convenience and to mix it up a little because my child takes so many supplement pills. I usually try for giving away from food. We started with lipo because with a baby I could just squirt it in and be done! It's been over 5 years on GSH now and things are going well so I'm not changing a thing! (DF508/DF508) I test GSH yearly through spectracell.com usually and can see that I need to increase slightly to get into normal range. Through past testing we know that you need less mg of lipo to equal a GSH capsule. (Maybe 1/2 as much in terms of mg.s)When ill we double or triple dose. We now inhale GSH once because we have added mucomist inhalation.
