John only takes oral GSH and does not do the inhaled, simply because the inhaled does not seem to make that much of a difference for him and he does just fine on the oral alone. We use the glutathione from glutathionescience.com (formerly HMP science). These capsules contain 500 mg of GSH & 250 mg of Vitamin C. In addition to the GSH, John takes Magnesium, DHA, SourceCF vitamins, an essential amino acid supplement, plus some extra L-Arginine. He also does Mucolyxir twice daily. John's only prescriptions are Creon & Pulmozyme. He has been on Pulmozyme since he was an infant and we've tried to do without it, but he starts to gunk up if we take him off of it.
