What an end to a weeks cricket, following on from the clubs 'Go West' tour, saturdays league games and the legends T20 game, Smallgains hosted T20 games of U13's v. Dads and U15's v. Dads. Two good games were played with the lads doing their best but as we all know there is no substitute for experience and with some big hitting from Terry Lee and Steve Atkins the U13 Dad's were victorious. Despite the confident approach of the U15's they were put under pressure by Neil Cass fielding, Barmy Tel and Cagney tight bowling spells supported by batting master class displays from Slugger Steve Hassan and the other Steve and G-Unit's big '6' led to the broken colts giving the winning runs from 4 byes. Well done Dads, back to the winter nets for the young pretenders.
