Just done a few sums following the weekend results and the T Rippon website's lack of update for 2 weeks. I have the 2's in 4th, 14 points behind 2nd place St Johns Billericay. With Baddow all but certain to be promoted that leaves 3 teams chasing 2nd place. Havering still have to play us and Echo Monarchs, whilst St johns still have to go to Baddow.
If we can go unbeaten until the rest of the season we have a real chance of getting that final promotion slot. This would be so far in excess of what I was aiming for at the start of the season, but after a mid season blip we are back on track and have a real chance of getting into division 6. St johns have it in their own hands, but beating Baddow would be a bit of a shock result.
Lets grind out the results boys until the end of the season. Last game of the seson at home versus Havering, need to win it to go up, Sosks smashes 125 to win the game. The script writes itself!
