Visions of Bill's Pants, part 37

We join our heros onboard the Lennon, enjoying a day off from fighting evil, in this case, Bill Your Mother. "It's time to read Fuzzy Wuzzy's Animal Pop-Up Zoo!" "Good Lord, this book is great." "I just love dat mutha'-@#$%in' Pudgy Wudgy Hippo!" "I'm only talking so the reader will know I'm here, I am!" And so the assembled Lennon crew gathers 'round, except for John, who's off banging Com. But that's another story. As the pages turn, and Carl's cuss of delight after seeing the Pudgy Wudgy Hippo, Bill turns the page to find.... "Y'know, this part of the book was never that funny. 'Ye Mystik Spell of Doom?'" "Yeah, they didn't even spell 'mystic' right. I refuse to laugh at poor spelling." But suddenly, Gryff realizes what "Funktron 5000" (Bill's nickname for his gang of hooligans) has discovered! He snatches the book and gasps in horror! "Crikey! This here's an ancient trick to bring on the destruction of the universe, it is! I bet that a trio of losers will be here to seize the book!" *Knock, knock, knock* "Well, I'll be damned." "Yeah, probably." "I told you not to park in front of COM, but nooooooo, you just had to let Carl use the bathroom!" "Wait, don't we have a bathroom on the ship?" "Yes. Yes we do." But before the ever-groovy Funktron 5000 could escape, the afore-mentioned trio of losers burst the door down! "We are here to fight evil!" "I like ponies." "Shut up, Wrangler! People might think I said that!" "Haha, Howitzer likes ponies! That @#$%in' @#$%face!" Our heroes take the time to point and laugh at Howitzer for his love of ponies. "I DID NOT SAY THAT!!!" Yes you did. "We've no time to mock him right now, despite the fact we just did! Carl! Protect the pop-up book! Pete! Give me five dollars! Gryff! Get me Zhang Ziyi's phone number!" The puzzled team stares blankly at Bill (except Carl, who's busy laughing at the Pudgy Wudgy Hippo) as he pulls out the fabled Superfly! "EAT LEAD, EVERYONE IN THE VICINITY!!! AHHHH-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!"
