Just heard 4th Pct. talked down a jumper from the JB Bridge. Female standing on rail & holding onto post wanting to jump. Highway Safety Officer. S.T. arrives & engages in conversation with sub while plain clothes ID Sgt. S.S. approaches from behind. During conversation with S.T. the Sgt. sneaks up, grabs her belt & she is pulled to safety! Great job by all.... and it wasn't even a puppy!
