And you sir or ma'am are undoubtedly a supervisor or potential command staff material, oblivious to the work being performed daily by the officers who are stuck in "the place to be".
Perhaps if you left your office at HQ once in a while instead of piously sitting back and blathering away about things you know nothing of, this place and the world would be a much better place.
